    Not great location, too noisy early hours of the morning. No hot water for shower, lukewarm to cold. Guests not told about filling up water themselves in their rooms.     Comfortable, clean, well located reasonably priced accommodation

    This is my second stay at this hotel and find it very convenient. The location is within walking distance from the Gautrain (direct from OR Tambo International Airport). There is a shopping mall with atm's across the road, supermarket, chemist and many take away and cheap eating places in the area.The hotel is clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.The food is good quality and well presented.Last time I had a room overlooking the pool area and it was great, this time I was more to the back of the hotel but still quiet. I would wake to the smell of breakfast cooking.     Very comfortable accommodation in the university area of Hatfield. The service was good, the food was very good, lovely pool area to relax by. Good location for local shopping mall, easy access to Gautrain, Uber and Bolt. Staff were very attentive and remembered customers, making an effort to greet by name. Changed my allocated room without request, to ensure I had undisturbed sleep.
