    Beds are double and does not fit American size people. The AC does not cool the room. The plug at the bed is different and my adapter for my bipap could not be used at all! The breakfast is $13.50 American so I passed! I can get a family meal at chicken lickin for 8$. The facility is ok but nothing exceptional. I’m limited walk with stairs and the elevator takes you to small set of stairs that I had a hard time time with.     It met basic expectations and the staff especially the bell hop and the ladies that served breakfast. One of the major issues I had was that my door did not have a latch. I reported this as soon as I saw it and was told that the handyman would be there to fix it in an hour. I spent 2 nights there and even when I checked out, this was still not fixed.     Great base for Midrand Sandton and surrounds

    The room is very clean and recently refurbished, as is the hotel. The gym is usable but I didn't see a plunge pool like other business hotels in the area. The breakfast and steak dinners are delicious..... one of the best hotel meals I have ever had. The lounge area is ok, more functional than appealing. The bar area in both the lounge and the restaurant is non-inviting, but a nice wooden deck to unwind on with a cold beverage. Alcohol prices very reasonable.     Just a number, not a guest....

    The hotel room felt old and bare, the air-conditioned could not cool and was noisy despite all the settings being correct. When i checked in i was not given the chance to spin a promo wheel that was advertised in the foyer.     Decent for one night

    We had a one night stay here before our drive to kruger.Pros:- Recognition for IHG Diamond Elite Member.- The location felt safe within a business park which was gated all around with security command post.- The room was of a decent size and the shower worked well.Cons:- Room was dim even though we had all the lights on.- Our room door (102) does not open smoothly, probably due to the carpet being higher near the door area.- It was noisy as our room (102) was near the highway thus we could hear all the vehicles passing by.- I had requested for high floor but was given the lowest floor ironically.
