  Stylish hotel fabulous staff

  This was a difficult trip which was made so much easier by the helpful thoughtful and knowledgeable staff at The Hyde. May ı mention Relo and Sipha at Reception and Tebogo at valet. It goes without saying the property is excellent rooms clean and comfortable and stylish. But it’s the staff that really crush it.   This hotel is faultless. The room we were upgraded to was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom with a shower and a separate bath.The service was second to none.The location is excellent. It is in a very safe area and we felt comfortable walking around to the many shops and supermarkets. It is only a few minutes to the Hop on Hop off bus ( a good, safe way to see the sights). We would definitely choose this hotel again. The attached restaurant is wonderful.   I had the best experience at Hyde Johannesburg. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and helpful on all questions and requests.   Great hotel for a business trip

  A great hotel, really well located close to a mall and several good restaurants. The hotel itself is quite good, a fantastic restaurant downstairs and super nice staff. A shout out to Tamara, the Guest Relations that always make our stay feel special. The rooms are spacious and very pleasant. Good Wi-Fi which is great if you need to work from there. Overall a great experience for a business trip, where you have comfort, good service, amazing food and great location.
