    •We had phone for housing keeping•They only change laundry Monday and Thursday•They only gave us 1 toilet paper for 4 days• there’s no smart tv • They have old towels

    We were looking forward to visiting this place. Not what we expected. Filthy corridors, noisy Nigerians. They made noise until early hrs of the morning. Zero respect and consideration for others.A place that has so much potential because of it's security and location could take the same route as Johannesburg CBD because of neglect and owners not being selective with their clientele. We might as well have checked in somewhere in Hillbrow, that's how bad it was!

    Initially booked 1night 31May - 1Jun then we extended our stay to 1-3Jun. We loved the place so much we're definitely coming back 😊.the location is great, the staff is very helpful & it felt like home away from home.

    When seeking a hotel on the website, what was shown was totally opposite on site. We will never return nor refer. I moved out the next day. The hotel reception was very welcoming however not happy with the room. The bed was broken. The door handle to the main door couldn't lock. The towels were brown stained not white. There was no toilet paper. The room was not cleaned before we came there. There is no mirror anywhere in the room accept for the bathroom. No dressing table no hair dryer.
