    A waste of time: useless personnel and customer careBooked two rooms with the request to have interconnected room . This request was approved in writing by email and free of charge.Of course once at check in : no interconnected room!Sorry we’ll sort it out for you only for the second night of your stay .Day after, I was requested to pay an extra for the interconnected room, which I refused.Both receptionist Daniela wasted my time for 1 hour on day 1. The greeedy and useless duty manager Thelma , wasted an other hour on day 2.I got fully angry and annoyed, and finally 22h30 I got my interconnected room for 1 night.How stupid can you be : 1to make me angry to the limit to leave a bad review while you could sort the situation in 2 minutes with an apology?And eventually you also gave me what you owe me in writing.     The worst hotel experience in SA from A to Z

    Don’t go there even if they pay you to! Abysmal service, dreadful attitude by receptionist Daniela and supervisor Thelma, shabby old fashioned rooms, an utter waste of time and money when we tried to stay there as a family with 2 young children. We booked 2 twin rooms and asked if they could be interlinked, which the hotel confirmed in writing that they would and at no extra cost. When we checked in, we were told there were no interlinked rooms for the first night despite the written confirmation we received but that we would be accommodated in such rooms the second night. Come the second night, we were asked to pay a surcharge for the interlinked rooms which had been confirmed in writing to be at no extra cost. A total of 2 hours spent with the receptionist telling lies and taking no responsibility for the deception they had created nor a sensible decision how to solve it. Arrogant, unapologetic, deceptive tactics void of any trace of customer care or decency. They failed in their customer promises twice and were still too proud about it.     Such a good time

    Such an elegant hotel, excellent hotel service and beautiful rooms. Diverse breakfast set-up and reasonable pricing on their dinner menu. I give their rooms a 10/10 for cleanliness! My wife (Gugulethu Ntimba) and I were very glad we booked here. I must give thanks to our waiter; Mr. Vusi. He was such a good waiter, he was patient with us and explained the whole menu to us and even gave us some good advise of what to order. That was really cool of him.     I personally had an amazing time with my husband at this hotel. We were served by a very nice gentleman by the name of Vusi. He explained the menu to us and even proposed some very delicious meals since it was our first time in this hotel. I must say that it was very delicious!
