Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     Did not get a good night sleep

    My husband and I stayed overnight, we noticed at night there is too much noise, loud noises, we were unable to relax in good sleep for a long flight the next day. If you are tired and want to have a good sleep, I do not recommend, otherwise staff are friendly and everything was neat. Thank you

    Because our flight to London was cancelled, we were desperate for an overnight room. Amy daughter already had a room there and she loves this hotel. Originally, we were told there were no rooms available, but when I told them my husband was ill (true) the amazing clerk, Tshepo, found a solution. His helpfulness exemplified the very high level of customer focus we experienced throughout the hotel.The rooms are spacious, and we were surprised that there was no noise from the airport across the street! Cleanliness, comfort, and caring best describe this hotel.     Good accommodation and restaurant, very easy access to airport

    We arrived early morning after a flight from Melbourne and were able to check in early.. The room was functionable. Had lunch and dinner at their restaurant where the food and service was very good.     I added breakfast to my room last nightbwhen i checked in. Thus .orning (right now as I leave thus review), the service has been very poor. I am currently sitting at breakfast now and no one offered any coffee, but they offered to patrons sitting right next to me. I had food on my plate and got up to get some juice and the guy took my plate while there was food on it and kept going. He looked right at me and kept walking. After I finally asked for coffee, no one offerred any refils. They asked patrons sitting right next to me for refills and looked at my cup and saw that it was low and did not make a gesture at all. The staff for the morning crew is and was terrible. The dinner crew from last night was superb. Maybe they can teach the morning crew how to hist and serve with quality.
