    We're bitten by bed bugs. Where do you come from and what mode of transportation did you use coming to Pretoria were the questions asked. We tossed and turned the entire night not thinking the worst we saw when we woke up. We were traumatized for days.     Worst hotel ive stayed at.. and I've stayed at a lot!

    Visited this hotel last year on work trip having already stayed 2 nights previous at Holiday Inn Sandton.Its like chalk and cheese how miles apart they are.Even though Holiday Inn was not entirely smooth sailing it was head and shoulders above this so called 1 star of a hotel.1. Check in was terrible.. the staff at reception was non existent in welcoming attitude and felt like we were all a burden on them.2. Got to room and its rather dingy but you get what you pay at this price.3.Aircon was not working.. no phone to call reception had to go downstairs and ask what was wrong at reception.4.The hotel was full to bursting, something was happening in PTA that week. The noise throughout the night was so loud... shouting in the corridors, banging of doors, this went on all through the night and at no point did anyone from the hotel intervene. Terrible, worst night ever.5. Breakfast next morning was disgusting.. cold breakfast with those pre made scrambled eggs that looked congealed. Now for the terrible bit.. the juice in the large serving bottle was nearly empty of apple juice and instead of filling it with apple juice , two of the hotel looked around and assumed no one was watching, then they preceded to fill up with another type of juice.     The staff were friendly. The room was all right with clean linens. The pool was well maintained. Handy location to Pretoria Railway Station. It was a pretty good choice for the budget hotel. However, there are no eateries nearby. Disappointment was housekeeping service. When we checked in our room, we found leftover food from the last guest. Next morning, the housekeeping lady knocked our door and tried to clean our room at 9am. Then I knew why I could find the leftover food in my room. The housekeeping was done too early (before the guest checked out). So I thought the hotel should have better arrangement with housekeeping service.     Thanks so much for the front office staff and team, i experienced excellent customer care at Stay Easy Pretoria .and I appreciate the good accommodation,nice lighting in the rooms,good and great breakfast, very reliable wi-Fi since i was good work that needed wifi connection

    Was very nice but one front desk Dinah she look soo mean never smile the orderly lady she need to change her way Ms. Housekeeping is always there to assist you and the hotel security is there twenty four hours but security at the gate he do not check no one he check open gate he don’t care who you are he just open I can at 12:30 he just open maybe that’s the jobs policy Dominic Ackhurst, Owner at StayEasy Pretoria, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to write this review and share your experience with us.
