I have requested for the iron at 06:03 now it’s 06:54 when I call reception Hlengiwe who answered the call just spoke like she was bored and I was irritating her when I asked for her surname she just gave the fown to someone else without even indicating to me that she was passing the fown, her telephonic skills needs to be reviewed and hotel needs to get more irons that are actually working because the one the ended up sending almost burnt my clothes

The dinner is not nice at all. There’s just one meat and they dish for you as if you are a kid. No veges, only one Greek salad. On the pic was my dinner, I had no choice as that was the only meat. I had to complain to get extra piece. There’s no water in the room, the room was very small and noisy because of the car passing on the freeway. I’m not coming back ever.

The bathroom was really dirty and that’s really unhygienic and disturbing , no usb portals to charge and it’s really expensive for a place that doesn’t have TV options, old model TV with worst picture quality and no channel control 😩😩👎 👎I was really disappointed

The team there was amazing and always ready to help, William at the gate was my star for ever smiling and always giving me tips where to visit. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends and family
