  Stunning African Adventure for South Africans

  Really amazing stay at a lodge. Highlights are the game drives where you literally see everything. The boma dinner and village music was one of the best experiences. Truly a great place!   Wonderful family holiday

  A lovely holiday. We stayed in the timeshare units which had a private pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The communal pool area and the kids play area was a highlight, as well as the animals in the park of course.   We had a fantastic stay at Bakubung Bush Lodge! It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the beauty of the bush. The game drive was excellent — a memorable experience with great sightings and knowledgeable guides.   Always looking forward to our trip there

  It's our 4th visit at Bakubung and we always love our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. Sadly my room didn't measure up to expectations this time as there were a few issues like aircon not working and nowhere to charge our phone unless you unplug the kettle. But not a train smash as the positives of staying there really outweigh the issues we had. The food was delicious and I really recommend the biltong soup!
