    Noise Level/ Unhelpful Staff

    I booked a two night stay at your hotel on the 22nd of April 2026 for a medical conference. I was allocated room 207. Unfortunately, the noise from the adjacent restaurants was unbearable on my first night. I reported the issue to reception and they assured me the noise would stop by 11: 00 pm , which it didn’t. The same problem persistent the following night. I visited the reception again, but the staff on duty were completely unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the issue. I ended up taking medication to sleep. I’m genuinely puzzled by how a room can be adjacent to restaurants and how your staff lacks empathy.     Best value for money peace cleanliness and proximity to the mall and lovely restaurants and bar . Not far from the city centre but you don’t really need the city centre to do your shopping at the canal walk mall jjst 10mins walk from the hotel .
