Perfect for parents with children, this urban hotel is located right in the heart of Cape Town.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 207 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room.     To theReception Desk Team, Management, Cleaning Services and Kitchen Staff- we thank you all for your warm hospitality, kindness and catering to every need of ours- especially preparing all the delicious gluten free breakfasts and dinner. I felt like an absolute queen- as each guest is treated with the utmost respect and care The rooms were always well cleaned and serviced.     After another really comfortable and happy stay at this underrated hotel, I was once again impressed by the value for money, friendly staff, updated and differently fresh room decor, quality of food, great position relating to th eV&A Waterfront (a short walk alongside the beautiful canal).I stay at least 1 to 3 times a year for a week doing business as a tour guide and really look forward to returning.     Another great experience. The highlight was the Pina Colada prepared byThembi. It was outstanding - much better than in Mauritius. Thumbs up to our waitress Noku, who served us.     Great hotel with excellent staff. Secure parking area and easy safe walking distance to the main shopping area at the waterfront. Also handy for the cruise terminal. Did not experience the breakfast so cannot comment.
