Maintenance challenges

Even though the staff were very friendly and room was very neat, the experience was overall not great. Experiened several maintenance challenges. The TV was not working properly. Even though I tried to call reception and maintenance several times, nobody answered. Eventually went down and reported it personally to Reception. Maintenance was there within 30 minutes and managed to assist to a certain extent although it was indicated that there is something wrong with the cable which would've attended to the next day. Unfortunately, this wasn't attended to and I could not watch TV during my 3 night stay. Bath plug didn't seal properly which led to consistent water loss whilst bathing. Perfect Stay in December.

Hotel is close to the Airport. Clean, serene place. Staff was 100% on point and very friendly and beyond helpful. They went the extra mile. We were also assisted by Jody with porter services, who offered us a stellar service and always willing to help with a smile. Breakfast was beyond delicious with a variety of choices. Kids enjoyed pool area very much. Our last day we were given nutritious breakfast packs. It was sad checking out. We initially booked for one night, but decided to return for two more days, that's how much we enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. Will definitely be back next year. Wish there was a shuttle!! . Average stay, but terrible restaurant service

I recently stayed with my partner for two nights. The stay itself was okay and about what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. However, the restaurant staff were truly disappointing, which negatively affected our overall experience. If there’s anything the hotel should focus on improving, it would definitely be the service in the restaurant. I won’t publicly name anyone, but for the sake of hospitality, it would be beneficial to ensure more attentive and professional staff in that area. Very basic room. No where to place luggage no luggage rack.Ice machine in passage not working. Breakfast was excellent.
