    There is no way this hotel is 3 star at all!From location, room condition , to water problems. It was not a pleasant stay. They accept all kinds of walks in (cash money matters for them) and also the rate you get from booking sites is way more than the walk in rate . Basically this is a depilated hotel .

    First, they charge twice as much per night when booking online as when doing so at the front desk, which is against all hotel regulations. In addition, their services are the worst I've encountered in my 30 years of global travel.Second, one of the employees (Sami) advised customers that the kitchen will close at 6:00 o'clock. At 9:30-10:00 p.m., I arrived and saw that the kitchen was open and that there was food on one of the tables. He replied that it was the staff supper when questioned.Thirdly, the hotel operates as a smokehouse every single day. All night, the music is obnoxious. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at the hotel for a single hour!Finally, the hotel authority needs to issue a warning to the top management and arrange for training on customer satisfaction.Prof. Dr. Faisal M.     First impressions lasts..amd i must say walking into the room.absolutely amazing set up..truly. at first until going to shower...like seriously NO HOT WATER???Whats that about???after discovering the water isnt warm enough 2 shower it totally killed my buzz...

    Very nice hotel in the middle of town, almost on Long Street corner. Also very close to Greenmarket.The hotel has a lift and a restaurant.The rooms are not big but confortable and have very nice toilets but lack a mat.Would stay again for sure !

    i have spoken to management [ Grant ] about what had happened as at this morning when i called to follow up i get told by him what is my problem what do i want him to do is he joking a week after i explained to him what had taken place and to follow when i raise my disgust in the manner the matter is / has been handled he puts the phone down in my face i am not threatening your business or person in any way the right thing needs to be done from your company's side this is not right
