This luxury hotel is a mere 5-minute drive from the Cape Town International Convention Centre and the Central Business District, and is within walking distance of the world famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront as well as trendy beaches.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 6 suites and 93 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     This review is a little late due to life getting in the way, but we absolutely need to write one for this team and hotel!We stayed at the Premier Hotel this past January for my wife’s 40th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent, but the real highlight was the hospitality.The team here was genuinely helpful. We had a bit of a panic regarding a last-minute visa we hadn't realised we needed, and Jeffrey was brilliant, assisting us with the necessary invoices to get it sorted.There are honestly too many names to mention, but Jeffrey, Zola, Zuthu, and Langa on the front desk were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Zola also did a great job of organising a shark diving trip for us.The team went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special. They surprised her with a cake and a song during breakfast, which was a really kind gesture. We also had the chance to meet the General Manager and Operations Manager who were both equally impressive and lovely.The staff are incredibly warm-hearted and ensured we had the best possible stay. If we visit Cape Town again, we will 100% be staying here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service in the city.M&V
