This attractive city hotel is located in the centre of Cape Town, at the foot of the Lions Head. Bantry Bay promenade and the beach are only a few metres away from the hotel. In the hotel's surrounding area guests will find the Botanical Garden, the Parliament buildings, the National Art Gallery and the Planetarium. Links to the public transport lie within walking distance, situated about 100 m away, while restaurants and bars lie around 1 km from the hotel. The nearest nightclubs and shops are approximately 5 km from the hotel. The cable car to Table Mountain is around a 15-minute drive and Cape Town International Airport is roughly 25 minutes drive away.

Facility

The hotel has 349 rooms and 105 suites, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.     Wow....super friendly staff! Enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach.only downside was that the bathrooms could do with a bit of mordernising but otherwise great place to stay and the staff are the highlight!
