    Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and the property is very clean however a few very disappointing things:1. Our room while cleaned was not properly setup. No water bottles, no conditioner, towels for one person only.2. No outlets in the bathroom 3. Electric outlets inky at one of the nightstands next to the bed4. No rack for a suitcase in the room5. When brought up the amenities were not what I expected. The body wash and shampoo were 99% water, generated no suds and the conditioner while thick to come out of the bottle, had no body once put in my hair, again to high a water content. Solving simple things like the amenities in the room would clearly give it 4 stars.

    Great location to the waterfront

    Its a very good location to downtown Cape Town. They offer a free shuttle to take you to the V&A Waterfront, that runs once an hour.We are not use to a double bed for 2, so was a little tight for sleeping. The staff was friendly. Litha at the bar was amazing. Breakfast buffet was good. The egg station ladies were great and did a great job.They offer a candy and snack bar in the afternoons in the lobby. My only few issues were. No balcony, we like to have a balcony while away of vacation. And the pool was freezing cold with not alot of sun exposure during the day.
