    Convenient and safe

    The hotel is situated in the heart of Century City so you have instant access to all the amenities the area has to offer including the Canal Walk Shopping Center and Conference Center. There is a lot to like about the StayEasy – the rooms are with well-appointed furniture and standard amenities (TV, kettle, fridge), a very comfortable bed and great water pressure for the shower. There is also a bar/restaurant fast Wifi that wholly supports ones work needs. The staff are efficient, respectful and attentive to your needs. The breakfast buffet is amazing and has everything for just about anyone. The perfect place to consider when in need of a place to stay in the area close to the airport and with easy access to the amenities you need.

    The place is strategically located next to Canal Walk Mall - this is the only positive feedback on the hotel1. The rooms are extremely small2. The lounge area is basically where guests have their breakfast from3. Given the fact that we were from another country, the hotel had a different plug from what we use in our country so it was hard for us to use our gadgets because the hotel could not even provide one for the team, we therefore had to go ahead and buy for ourselves which in opinion isn’t right4. The hotel staff are not helpful at all, no greeting or even ask whether you have enjoyed the meal, the attitude is for world cup (bad)5. They don’t support people when checking in, you carry your own stuff to the rooms if you are not bold enough to ask for help6. The bathrooms are so small, and no toilet brushes, not sure whether thats the policy there7. Bad bad 8. The rates kept changing each day, such a shame8. I dont recommend, extremely dissatisfied

    The hotel is not convenient for black people, my friends and I experienced the worst treatment that we have ever experienced in hospitality business. The workers don’t seem to be fully empowered to support guests on simple tasks, don’t recommend and ll definitely not be returning

    I arrived at the hotel at around 1pm and I understood when they said they were not ready for check in yet. I inquired again at 2pm as that is check in time and still they asked to give them 20mins. We left to the mall came back at 4pm and they were still fall over their feet, when I got the paperwork to sign it was incorrect. While sitting outside waiting we wanted to have something to eat a lady gave us the menu, we never saw her again. When we asked about cancelling they needed to call the manager. We had to get a different place to stay at as we had and event to attend.

    My colleague and I had booked two nights at this hotel a month in advance. Two days before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a non-smoking room. After a long journey from Switzerland, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 p.m. Upon our arrival, the receptionist informed us that our two nights had been canceled. He gave us a story, claiming that our agency had not paid the hotel. Our reservation was in order, and the hotel had our credit card details. Clearly, the hotel had neither called nor sent an email. They had simply overbooked. In the middle of the night, they sent us to a hotel 20 km away… save yourself from such a bad experience.
