    Worst hotel i have ever stayed at

    We stayed 2 nights checked in on the 25th April. Checking out 27th April. Our first night we had no hot water. We left hotel room at 11:35am and returned at 9pm only to find our room not made. And again no hot water. The lady at front desk was very polite and moved us to another room. However after paying so much for a 2 night stay this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Having to move rooms at 10pm with tired kids was simply ridiculous. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN TO SUN SQUARE AGAIN.

    So easy to get around from this hotel. A 5 minute walk takes you to the hop on hop off buses booking office . The rooms were really good and the staff were really kind and helpful We ate the first night in the restaurant and the food was excellent with a varied menu.The breakfast was 5 * . There was everything you could possibly ask for.Nothing was any trouble for the staff. The concierge booked a taxi for us to go to the Waterfront . Make sure you agree a fare before getting in and be guided by the rate the hotel said it should cost. Don't be frightened to barter with the driver!! There is a wonderful roof top bar with plenty of seats for a sundowner. There is a restaurant over the road VILLA 41 which is really good too and obviously used by the locals which is a good sign . We will certainly use this hotel again. It was perfect .     Ideal accommodation in the heart of the city

    Everything was okay and as expected based on the charges and the rank of this type of hotel . Nothing really outstanding . However Special highlight for the roof top with nice view and good services , and for the service team at the restaurant ground floor . Negative note : I would suggest not to charge hotel guest for the usage of the parking . Especially once you see the huge number of empty slots

    Perfect little “get away” stay in Cape Town

    Clean and neat rooms. Spacious and nice big bathroom with amenities. Fridge, safe and closet space are available. Would recommend to take bottled water with or buy before hand, we were only able to get 2x 330ml water bottles from the hotel, and only one small bottle in the room. Comes with amazing breakfast options in the buffet. Hash-browns are to die for.     My girlfriend and myself stayed in this Hotel for four nights for a holiday , food was really good quality , all the staff were very friendly always smiling, helpful and polite, rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant excellent, plenty of them I would recommend staying in this hotel. And we would stay again.
