    I am quite disappointed with my experience at the hotel. There was no evening chef available, which necessitated ordering food through a delivery service, and the breakfast offerings were not particularly impressive. Regarding our accommodation, we had reserved a premium suite at a rate of 12,500 per night and requested a change to a Clarendon Bay room, which was priced at 12,000. Unfortunately, the price was not adjusted accordingly. We were subsequently moved to a standard room due to accessibility concerns, yet we were still charged the suite rate. The service has been quite unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend staying here. Additionally, we did not receive evening service last night.

    We had an exceptional stay at the Clarendon Bantry Bay Hotel, from the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and at home.The attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism of the staff made the entire experience unforgettable.The location is perfect, with easy access to the best areas of Cape Town, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the city.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town and would definitely stay here again.

    Wonderful escape in Capetown. Nice amenities and great service. Its a bit of a funky but cool set up (seems like it used to be a home), rooms are simple but functional and clean. The service was great. Breakfast was fine, lunch was better but overall a broad array of food options for lots of variety and all very fresh. This hotel has an absolutely gorgeous view, which is what you're paying for - unfortunately there was a massive crane in the middle of it when we were there which we didn't know about when booking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt safe and taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and its a great location too! Thank you Clarendon for making our stay comfortable and memorable!
