Location

The hotel is perfectly situated in Knysna, just two blocks away from the Knysna Quays waterfront and beach, and 5 minutes' walk to the centre of the small village. Most tourist activities are within walking distance. Knysna waterfront is home to the lagoon ferries, whale-watching boats, many restaurants and tourist shops. George Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 65 km.

Facility

The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     The Team where extremely efficient, helpful and professional. The Conference facility offered natural light with a deck leading off the venue which made breaktime very pleasant.
