We had a wonderful time during our stay at The Marly. The room was gorgeous, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room service was excellent, and the view and location were perfect for our trip.

The hotel is gorgeous with everything you could possibly want. Staff service was impeccable and so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Mgmt ignores customer satisfaction

Although the desk, facility staff were all exceptional, mgmt team failed to adhere to 5* luxury hotel customer service when the amenities one expects from this type hotel with a premium rate fails to meet normal operating expectations! For example, A/C first night inoperable combined with terrible noise that resulted in no sleep followed up by no water pressure during shower next morning. Despite this fact noted by the repairman the next day, hotel mgmt refused to offer any credible consideration aside from if we returned at a later date “something” may be done!After reading other reviews with similar issues, this appears to be common operating procedures!

I can not say enough good things about this property and its staff. I was with a group of 40 for 1 week here and every day got better. The staff is so excellent and the property is so dialed in.

I had the most wonderful 2 night stay at The Marly. My overall experience was 10/10. The staff are so warm and friendly, my room (classic sea-facing) was stunning - sleeping to the sounds of the waves and smelling the fresh sea air was such treat. Location wise - cant get better - beach, shops, coffee bars, restaurants are all within walking distance. Highly recommend The Marly for a solo, family, romantic or business stay.
