    Staff were helpful but basic amenities were lacking. Old and unclean bedding. Tiny amounts of handwash and shampoo were left there. Hairdryer did not work! The view was the only quality of this place. Would not recommend!

    Quite disappointing. Was so excited to stay at this hotel because of the location and amazing views but the service and cleanliness of the hotel was a big let down. Rooms are shabby and really need maintenance and the breakfast was a disaster. Most of the food was leftovers from supper the night before and the plates/dishes were still dirty like they hadn't been washed. Amazing location but not worth the hefty price per night. Facilities really need some quality work.

    The hotel is perfectly located, with a nice view. Rooms are very much average, they don't look anything like what's on the pictures/or maybe it was the one I had,not sure. Otherwise it is an okay place.

    Likes: Location right on the beach, cool tidal pool, large rooms with balconies and direct sea views, generous breakfast buffet, zipline just around the corner!Dislikes: A thin film of seawater covers everything due to the direct beach access, making it very slippery! The furniture is a bit dated. There were four of us in the restaurant, and even though there were no other guests, we waited over an hour for the first two meals. The other two meals arrived another 15 minutes later, and the portions were very small. No one seemed to care about our complaint. Very disappointing.

    Very friendly and accommodating staff, however the place needs a serious upgrade. This is more a 2/3 star hotel in current condition.
