    Housekeeping dropping the ball & the upkeep of the furniture requires serious attention. Stained couches not welcoming at all.

    Manhattan VS The Residence

    Please avoid staying at the Manhattan - the facility is very sub-standard. Booking.com showed pics of The Residence, but we got there to be checked-into Manhattan. Everything seems to be falling apart. Be very weary and maybe check on the actual site before you book.

    The bedding was not changed even the pillows were not covered. The main bedroom bed cover had an unpleasant stain
