    The hotel is fairly unassuming from the road so dont be put off, once you get into the courtyard you can appreciate its size and historical past. The rooms are fairly small but adequate for a few nights, ours had been recenty decorated so was very clean. The location is excellent and you can walk pretty much anywhere around the town.Super bonus is that it has underground parking and a lift to the hotel, it really makes all the difference after a days sight seeing in the district.The breakfast was excellent, I mean EXCELLENT so dont miss it, it will set you up for the day.The staff were all really friendly, helpful and made us feel at home - well done to the Team, a hotel is nothing without great staff and you certainly are that.Question is would I go back?Absolutely! its Great!

    This is a gorgeous, historic hotel. Very quirky. We loved it! The breakfast was second to none - the French toast was beyond amazing. We had room service one evening and they don’t charge extra for delivery to your room. Right in the centre of the town so everything is on your doorstep. Lovely helpful staff on reception too.
