We had a great stay here in February. The beds were comfy and the staff were great. The breakfast was delicious. We popped over to Ocean Basket for dinner and we experienced an amazing sky that was on fire. There was secure parking and a very helpful guard who wanted to carry our bags from the car. We were so grateful as we were tired. Surprisingly good stay in George

The Town Lodge is well located - very well appointed and manage. The rooms are small but very well appointed, beds were excellent. Only thing we missed was a fridge to cool our water. The Lodge location is perfect. Staff was helpful and friendly. Your home away from home. Everything you need for the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Fairly priced, neat and safe.

Town Lodge George is a great option for a stop over when traveling via the garden route to Cape Town or if you want to explore George and surrounding areas. It is central for day visits to Mossel bay and Knysna each is a 30 to 50 min drive. The hotel is newly renovated in 2024, clean, save and fairly priced. Vehicles is secured behind fence, walls and security gate with security patrol on site 24/7. The rooms are spacious and suitable for two persons. The bathroom only have a shower, no bathtubs, but the shower if of very good quality. The beds and bedding is of good quality and comfortable. The headboard have a build in USB port for phone fast charging etc., TV with most DSTV channels and Free WIFI for all guests. There is an inhouse restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, supper and room service and an inhouse bar. Shopping malls within walking distance for shopping, movies and restaurants and just across the road a McDonald, KFC and Burger King that can be enjoyed onsite, in your room at the pool or at the hotel front lobby seating area for own meals. Staff on site 24/7 and very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are great and has everything you need. 10 out of 10. The security official at the lodge even assisted us with our luggage and brought us ice even though it wasn't his job. Thanks again.
