    Excellent stay in the heart of the cityWe had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Oasis Aparthotel in Cape Town. The room was beautifully furnished and included a lovely balcony. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily.The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The location is perfect—right in the city centre, with good security in the area, so we always felt comfortable walking to nearby spots.It was also convenient to have the option of breakfast at the hotel, and the bar on the ground floor was a nice bonus. Communication before and during our stay was smooth and efficient.Honestly, we had no complaints at all—everything exceeded our expectations. If we return to Cape Town in the future, we would definitely choose this aparthotel again.

    We were absolutely satisfied by the appartment. It was well situated in Plein Street and made it easy to walk to the sightseeing places nearby.The "Hop on hop off" line has a stop at 12 min walk from where we stayed.The garage was convenient to protect the rental car.

    Really lovely place to stay. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, helpful & accommodating.We had a lovely room with balcony & it was great. We'd certainly recommend staying here & it was great value for money.We had breakfasts in the hotel & a couple of evening meals.

    A perfect stop in the middle of Cape Town

    This small hotel in the middle of Cape Town is a real gem. It is staffed by carefully trained staff, many of whom you will see in different customer facing roles. The staff are extremely helpful, smiling and cheery. They were very helpful with my hisband who was on crutches. There is street parking at the hotel and there are parking wardens to enable you to pay and get a ticket - hotel staff helped with that as well. The roof bar and plunge pool has lovely mountain views. The dining area downstairs is very large and the food is very good quality. The smoothies are great as well as the well stocked bar. The atmosphere was lovely. I felt very safe and there are police patrols on foot in the area and so there are no issues. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The studio apartment we stayed in had washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and cooker and kettle. We didn't use any of that but we needed the extra space rather than an ordinary room. The hotel is very good value. There is very little street noise in the rooms, and actually once office hours are done the street becomes a lot quieter.

    We cannot praise this hotel enough. Right from the start, when we arrived early in the morning the guy at reception was great. He stored our bags, prioritized our room, gave us the wifi and arranged to phone us as soon as the room was ready.Our room was spacious with rain shower and washer/dryer for all our laundry.We ate just about every meal in the restaurant because the food,service and price were so good. We would definitely recommend the Urban Oasis to anyone.Thank you
