A Stay That Turned a Small Issue into a Memorable Experience

Our family ends every trip to Korea at Paradise City, and it has become a meaningful tradition for us.Although we had a small issue with our room at the beginning, Ms. Ahhyun Choi handled it with such sincerity and care that it completely changed our experience. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out.Our final dinner at On The Plate was also memorable thanks to Bella Kim’s warm and attentive service, and our time at Wonderbox brought us joy every single day.More than anything, it’s the people — the thoughtful staff, the warm greetings, and the consistent kindness — that make us return year after year.We don’t know when we’ll have the chance to return again, but if given the opportunity, we would love to create more memories here in the future.

Fantastic in all aspects

This was my third stay at Paradise, and it didn’t disappoint. Service top notch every time. The Grand Premier room is spacious and well appointed, high quality bed and linens, with a bonus powder room. Fantastic and prompt room service—both Korean and Western breakfast options are outstanding. Really convenient to access Incheon airport with shuttle bus every 30 min. This time we had a lot of fun at the poker tournament events held in the casino, and will definitely consider staying extra day or two for their next event.

Excellent if ned to be by Incheon airport

Connected to conference center, and large food court - with casino and large indoor outdoor swimming pool, this is a perfect place if you want to be within five minutes of the airport. It is 1.5 hours to downtown Seoul so not to be stayed at if you want to be in the heart of the city. Many food options at attached food court. Large, spacious modern rooms

Amazing atmosphere and facilities, extremely helpful staff! Was approached by Mr Liam Kim offering assistance and we were struggling to find a taxi to our next destination but he helped us get past that quickly

High class service and luxury room

We stayed here for one night, our last night in Korea after a long stint of travel. We were tired and not used to such a Luxury place.It's a Self contained hotel and entertainment block next to Incheon airport which was handy for flying out.We flew in to gimpo airport which there is a free shuttle bus to/from every two hours on the 3rd floor by exit 3. The drive took about 40 mins.Our room was in red wing and lovely with a great view from floor 11. optional lighting, comfortable bed, walk in shower and bathroom. Lounge area with tv, desk area for business.Room service with various options of eastern/Korean/ western was available which we made use of.We didn't have time to explore The complex in full but it seems family friendly with lots of options like shops, a casino, spa, large garden area, art gallery, cinema,bars and restaurants including a world buffet.We slept so well and were looked after by very helpful staff who carried our heavy bags.Enjoyed a relaxing night of luxury and good food. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Many thanks 🙏
