Great hotel with exceptional service

Great rooftop swimming pool with party every evening. Free transfer to and from the airport. Exceptional service. Beautiful interior in pleasant colors. The only thing that you need to bear in mind is location - it takes 10 mins walk to the nearest shops and 20 mins to the beach.

Stay and just stay within this resort ...as there aren't in walking distance much places to eat ..minimum 10-15 minutes walk ..this is really a resort and set in such a way that residents enjoy staying inside for couple of days .It has excellent english speaking staff , great rooms , room cleaning perfect and the breakfast well spread and sumptuous ..wifi works pretty fast many kids come along locals for holidaying .Downside is the stocked Bar where they put daily goodies ..but Coke you have to order they do not replenish ...very upsetting it is they can stock Beer and others but no coke !

Stayed for three nights in October. I have had the fortune of staying at some pretty amazing hotels but this is hands down, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From check in (they sit you down in a cozy lobby while serving you refreshments while you await the check in process), to the free amenities in the room including alcohol in the mini bar, to the amazing facilities (gym, garden, rooftop pool, sauna, etc) the entire stay was fantastic. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. Rooftop Pool....did I mention that? Phenomenal pool - open and heated year round, adults only-, sauna and hot tub with excellent views towards the ocean. I got this at a steal of a price making it even better (off season). A bad experience

I checked into this hotel on 16th October and upon arriving,I was totally impressed by the staffs’excellent service.Disappointment came the moment I stepped in to my USD 170.00 room( which the receptionist has claimed to have upgraded my room) )...it was stuffy and the ventilation is bad. I filed my complaint to the counter but was astonished to hear that the hotel will turn off the central air conditioning system due to the cold weather and further advise me to open the balcony glass door in order to refresh the room with the cold air outside....is this a 5 star hotel room management system? saving electrical bill and let their guests having no control of the temperature in their room? ( although they compromise by offering mean air refreshing device ).Consider before you book! A Beautiful hotel in Jeju island

Overall, it’s a good hotel. Compared to other hotels in the same area, this hotel was more “domestic” guests oriented and personally, mixed feeling for families.Room was nice and clean. Good yard view - quite far away, the ocean was seen but not like other resort hotels. To ocean, it’s quite distance.In the fridge at a room, you could consume everything for free and refilled daily, which was nice.Amenity wasn’t complete- no tooth brush or shaving kit just like typical Asian hotels provide. Just cotton, shower cap, sanitary / disposable plastic bag, and hair brush.Slippers and bath gowns were available.Power outlets were mainly Korean version. At night, club and live music at bar were so loud- I wonder how families with small kids handled this loud ambiance.And Korean couples expressed courtesy ship so passionately in public.Outside swimming pool were filled with couples at night.Room was relatively spacious but be careful about noise from outside.
