    Lovely stay at Ocean Suites Hotel

    My son and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Suites Hotel. We had separate rooms and both rooms were spacious, clean and well set up. The beds were comfy and the room insulation was good. The air conditioner was excellent and we could adjust the temperature to whatever we wanted. The bathroom/shower was clean and provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body lotion. The room cleaning staff were especially lovely and and caring people and they always made sure we had our complimentary bottles of water, a change of towels, etc, even if we didn't want our rooms to be cleaned. The breakfast buffet was great! There were many tasty options and it was wonderful to eat while looking at a beautiful and calm sea view. We didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel as it was a tad pricy for us - $70aud a head for dinner. We were lazy so caught ubers/taxis to sights we wanted to visit, as it was hot and as an oldish chook of 60, I didn't have the energy to get the bus! As a non-meat eater, finding places to enjoy a meal was a bit of a challenge and it would have been helpful if the hotel could have recommended some places. But anyhoo, we did manage and discovered a wonderful restaurant close to the hotel where the gorgeous cook went out of his way to make sure I had vegetarian options. He was such a kind man. We also went to the Universal Wave, which is not exactly designed for my demographic, but was fun and I got to listen to Radiohead while eating a veg meal. All in all, we would definitely stay at Ocean Suites Hotel again as it exceeded expectations.

    It’s a lovely place in a great location. The room is nice, the breakfast is awesome and there’s lots of services. There’s free parking right next to the building and the staff is helpful and professional.

    Very disappointing hotel. Rooms are old and smell musty all the time, hours of screaming and yelling from the rooms along side (7th floor), people talking and yelling from the front area outside the hotel, plane noise overhead regularly. The only thing going for it is the ocean view.

    Considered the old section of the town, The hotel has a great view of the waterfront and its retaining wall. There’s a walkway with areas of recreation tied into it, and a bandstand next to the hotel. Bedrooms have hardwood floors and are comfortable. Service is excellent and friendly. Lots of good places to eat nearby. The Dongmun Market is the place to be for food shopping and for street food for lunch and for dinner. Taxis and UBER are inexpensive.

    Love the view! As a couple we enjoyed Jeju so much and their breakfast is good and have a wife selection. We will definitely recommend this hotel.
