Nice place surrounding with shops and restaurant. Lovely staff to give advice and support. We can walk around for sightseeing and shopping.

Moldy and mildewed building that is unfit for habitation.

Absolute nightmare, this hotel is full of mold and the air is unbreathable. They have a comical number of fragrance dispensers around to try and cover up the smell and likely air out the rooms in between, but it is only temporary and could not fully cover it up.Go to the fitness room and you won’t be able to breathe from the mold, the carpet in the room is so mildewed it smelled like urine and the stench of mold follows you throughout the elevator.They also promised to let me cancel the remainder of my stay without charge and now won’t respond to Expedia after confirming with me directly. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Jeju City and close to the airport. There is free parking for the hotel guests (or maybe more like valet parking since you do have to hand over your car for the valets to park the car). Check in and check out was smooth. Now onto the rooms. I got a twin room. It was super large. Enough to do cartwheels (if I was so inclined, which I did not.)The beds were nice and firm. The bathroom was also large, and I must say the hair products that was provided really did wonders for my hair. My hair never looked so shiny after the wash (but I sidetrack). You can request for a bathrobe from the front desk if you need one, otherwise it won't be provided in the rooms. Actual slippers, and not the disposable kind is provided which is mighty thoughtful, since most hotels only provide disposable ones which if it gets wet, can be so icky. The laundry room is also a lifesaver after having spent days without washing my clothes. Supposedly the laundry room is open from 9a to 9pm, but I don't think they actually enforce those rules. If you don't have detergent, it's ok. You can buy detergent and dryer sheet for 1k won. All washing machine, dryer and packets can be purchased with credit card. Super convenient. If you are hungry during dinner, the hotel restaurant turns into a BGC chicken outlet in the evenings. Or you can head to 7-11 or Holly's located right beside the hotel. The only downside to the hotel is that when entering and exiting the parking garage, it can be quite dangerous, since its such a narrow lane that comes in both directions.

Check in / out were smooth. Comes with valet parking. Location is generally good. Has a convenience store right outside which was great for us. Room has 1 double and 1 single bed.Check in staffs generally lack enthusiasm. They addressed our queries but offered nothing more. Even with masks on, I could see their nonchalant responses, like they rather be somewhere else. Room is quite small and hardly has enough space for 2 mid size luggages. They did not provide floor mat for the bathroom so it got wet after shower which can be dangerous.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. They offer nice and clean rooms, our was with the city view. The staff is coureous and helpful. They also arrange taxis at short notice for Jeju excursion and try their level best to provide information.Food at the restaurant mostly caters to Korean taste though there are other options as well.There is a convenience store in the vicinity of the hotel and coffee shops such as Holly and Mega Coffee alongwith KFC and McDonalds are in close proximity.
