    I recently saw a negative review mentioning Chloe Moon, and I honestly wanted to share my experience because it was completely different.I stayed at this hotel last year and had a really great time. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, the food was very good, and the location was perfect for my trip.What I remember the most, though, is how kind and helpful the staff were. In particular, Chloe Moon was incredibly nice during my stay. At one point I lost my phone, and she genuinely took the time to help me get it back. she actually made an effort to help, and I was very grateful for that.She also gave me recommendations around Seoul and was always friendly whenever I had questions. Small things like that can make a big difference when you’re visiting another country.I have very good memories of my stay in Seoul, and this hotel was definitely part of that experience. I would happily stay here again if I return in the future.Thank you to Chloe and the rest of the staff for making my trip more enjoyable. I loved that there was an olive young like 3 minutes away walking from the hotel 😍, and there are nearby restaurants and cafes and there is a convenience store in front of the hotel.

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – Think Twice Before Booking

    Very disappointing experience at AC Hotel Seoul Gangnam (AC 호텔 서울 강남). I have stayed in many Marriott properties before, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences.I was informed during check-in that the disability-accessible room was almost the same as a normal room, but nobody explained there was no proper shower cubicle and only a shower curtain. The entire bathroom floor became soaking wet after every shower, which was extremely inconvenient.What disappointed me most was the service recovery. When I raised my concern, the front office staff, Chloe Moon, was rude and unhelpful instead of trying to solve the issue. I was repeatedly told nothing could be done because I accepted the early check-in arrangement, and she even suggested I move to another hotel if I was unhappy.Compared to my recent stay at Moxy Insadong, where the hospitality and friendliness were excellent, this experience was a huge contrast.Very disappointed with the overall hospitality standard. Think twice before booking this hotel, especially if you expect proper Marriott service and guest care. Unfortunately, I will not return again.     Good hotel for a business trip

    I stayed here recently for work. I was able to get checked in very early around 10am and was able to get an upgraded room. Minibar items are free. They sent me a fruit plate which was nice. The rooftop bar is great and you can select drinks there as a welcome amenity. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I expect to go back again on future business trips.

    Stayed at this hotel for recent business trip to Seoul. On the whole, it was a good stay with a comfortable room, which had all the amenities that you needed to make it comfortable for a business traveller. The service was good and front desk also was very efficient. As it relates to the food, I tried some room service for breakfast, and then I had a buffet breakfast on one morning. It was nice overall. Nothing fancy but as you’d expect from a business hotel. Hotel was located quite well in Gangnam district with easy access to a number of restaurants and a little bit of shopping.If there is just one thing I’d like to note, it’s that the room was a little bit smaller than I would have expected at that price point, but having said that it was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was on point. Bathroom had everything you needed (except a dental kit as apparently that is not provided as per a law in Korea!).

    Best stay closer to Commercial hub

    Previledged to stay in this hotel for a short duration. The hotel staff was kind and supportive. Rooms clean and suit for a solo traveller. Accomodation is closer to city center and public transport. Helpdesk is very cooperative and room service was quick too. Food was excellent !
