  Good value hotel in Gangnam

  Very good location in Gangnam neighborhood. Good walking and transit access to coffee shops, restaurants and transit stops. Rooms were a good value and about average size for Asia. They were clean and had firm beds. Robe and slippers are provided. Staff were helpful. Interestingly the room had an emergency escape kit for rappelling down the building that seems as risky as trying to escape a fire.

  The hotel is conveniently located in Gangnam, about 10 mins walk to subway station.The room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Nice bathroom, separated shower zone and wash basin. You can also control lights and A/C from the screen just next to the bed.The only downside of this hotel is that, it seemed like the staff did not care much about loyalty program. Even name of the hotel is "Aiden by Best Western" but when I asked for basic benefit of member like late check out (only 1 hour late), one of the reception staff said that there will be extra charge per hour. I did mentioned that I am a loyal member of BWR (Diamond select) which bestwestern website show that I can get late check out (subject to room availability) but one staff said "it doesn't matter".I think there's always a nicer way to say no to your customer.Other than that, very nice hotel though.

  This is the fanciest Best Western I've ever stayed at. One will think this is a Ritz Carlton with it's very classy and modern interiors. Even the exterior of the building is a piece of art. The hotel staffs were very pleasant and ready to help and answer questions. The rooms have everything you will need for a pleasurable stay. The location is also very accessible with the Airport Bus just across the street. The neighborhood is safe and nice to walk around with ample amount of restaurants, cafes & convenience stores. Aiden offers you luxurious accommodation without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul. Thank You Aiden for making my trip to Seoul a memorable one.

  Comfy, Clean, and Good!!!

  Flew in from Texas for a week long trip to see all the sights. Check in was super quick and they speak English/very kind. No deposit required. Moment I get into the room was impressed. Room was equipped with harness to rappel down out of the window in the event of a fire. Felt like Batman. Pretty cool. Bed is comfy and the hotel wifi is free, fast and reliable. There is a button if you want your room cleaned or not. You get two complementary water bottles each day. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10am and cost $14. Buffet style and everything was tasty and filling. Breakfast spot is lounge area with art pieces. Pretty neat display. There are two bus stations right in front of the hotel. Access to the limousine bus 6703 to the airport for $13. There is a couple of convenient stores a few blocks down along with KFC, Subway and McDonald if you’re craving that. Ate that the first day then ventured out to try the local Korean food. Only two English channels. BBC News and Australian News. Universal/usb outlets. Great for laptop/airpods/gopro charging. All in all great experience/hotel! Good price and comfy stay. Would definitely recommend!

  Practical hotel with an excellent breakfast

  Very practical and clean hotel with an excellent breakfast and a beautiful rooftop terrace bar. Rooms are not huge but they have everything you need. Perhaps the only downside is the staff at the reception who do not tell you everything unless you ask specifically. A cultural issue perhaps?
