    Rooms are nice, modern looking, not real spacious. There is a table next to the bed that is too big, it makes it hard to move by and sit in the chair. Cleaning staff was great on point, front desk very helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok does the job, dinner buffet not good at all and way too expensive.The food was dry looking, not hot and desserts are room temperature. Unfortunately, I ate late so maybe earlier was better. It wasn’t crowded barely anyone there. The service is excellent, plates picked up promptly, restaurant is very clean. All in all, nice hotel. I’d stay here again!

    Rooms are good but hotel is not family friendly at all. Actually, they don’t welcome children here. Downstairs they only offer full buffet 3 times a day, upstairs at 15/F restaurant no children allowed (the staff downstairs doesn’t even know that). Room service only offers junk food.     Great hotel and service, but breakfast needs to be improved

    Stayed here for 3-night for a conference in COEX Magok. My detailed review below:1) Location: It's a good location, only about 5-minutes walking distance to the conference center and the botanic park is only a stroll away. The park is small but it's nice. There are enough shops and restaurants also if for your needs. I found the location is nice for the good night sleep because it's so quiet and peaceful at night. 2) Lobby/Reception: The lobby and reception area is not that spacious, but it's comfortable. The seating area is a bit hidden close to the restaurant. Check-in process are quick and efficient, but that is also because I arrived quite late. 3) Room: The room is bigger than average room size in central Seoul, so it's very nice. Pretty good layout and I got a nice view of the Botanic Park. The interior has some "earth" tone colors as this hotel adopting eco-friendly model. It blends really well with the green space such as Botanic Park. The room has water filtration system for drinking, coffee machine, and also equipped with air purifier system. The bathroom also has a decent space, not very cramped. The toilet seat may be intimidating to use as it has a lot of buttons, but honestly it's not that hard to use. Bedding is very comfortable. Overall, it's one of the nicest Courtyard room. 4) Garden Kitchen: Breakfast served at the Garden Kitchen. Honestly it was pretty modest. Options are good, but they tasted bland. The coffee from the machine also taste average. Definitely a room for improvement. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for me. There was a bit of incident happen, but Ms. Olivia Moon and the housekeeping manager manage to handle the incident very well. I really appreciate their effort to keep their guest happy. I will coming back if I have another chance to visit the area.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. When we mention Marriott, there is a set expectation. However, I think the hotel's staff raised the bar when it comes to greetings guests and knowing what they would expect. My check out experience was a breeze with the front desk agent Ms. Lucy Jung. I was surprised it was effortless and she even booked me a taxi from her own phone. Thank you Lucy and look forward to staying at your hotel on my next trip to Seoul.
