    Although my family members and life partner did not like the form mattress and the pillow, I loved it. I will stay at the hotel just for that reason alone. Staffs were very accommodating, friendly and everyone spoke multiple languages very impressive đź‘Ź. The only complaint was the very high bath tub and no dressers as we had to live out of our suitcases while we were there. Having microwaves would have been nice. When I go back to Seoul in few years, definitely will stay in Dormy Inn in gangnam again.

    Some of the staff isn’t very friendly or helpful. They charge you to check in early, even if your room is ready, which I did because I arrived at 8am. This is the first hotel where I have experienced this in my 20 plus years of traveling. Also they make you sign something saying they will charge you if you stain the beddings with food, blood, etc, which was really strange. The hotel is clean and new and modern, but the room is very small especially with suitcases. The elevators are slow and you cannot use stairs. I stayed for 5 nights. I paid roughly $150 a night without breakfast included.. I came during the holiday, so nothing was open around the hotel and to cross the street you need to walk a little down which was a pain especially when Uber isn’t always clear with the pickup location, even harder when you don’t read Korean. Walking out the door, there is a convenience store two doors down, but you need to walk roughly half a kilometer or so to the restaurant areas and metro station. From the metro stations, you need to walk up a hill but not too far unless you have luggage. Really no service and location was satisfactory.

    Holy what’s with the pillows? They are rock hard and you have to fight with other guests to get the better pillows everyday in their locker in the basement

    Extremely small room when we booked one standard room with full size bed. Room is very dark and depressed with small half window. Put us in room for disabled people. Front desk people all about staying politically correct but no help. Location is very far away from all good restaurants. Do not recommend it. We stayed for nine nights. My worst memories and experience in Asia. We paid $150 per night. Not a cheap price for Seoul standard. People in this hotel are dishonest and deceiving.

    Nice Small Hotel with Nice Breakfast

    All staff were friendly. I arrived at ICN and took the Airport Bus 6703 which was convenient (the bus stops at at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam which is just next door). Except for the room which is small in size, everything else was awesome. The hotel offered Japanese udon with kimchi at 9pm daily. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast which was very satisfying (many selections!)
