    We went to Seúl for the first time , because it was my daughter s birthday , and one of her big dreams was visit this country . Unexpectedly, we faced some critical issues with customer service or let’s better say it’s total failure with some key and most simple things, that should exist in all hotels , especially with international chains , such as Marriott Bonvoy - Sheraton brand . Also would like to mention the fact that, I m an elite Marriott bonvoy member, and never did face such unwelcoming service like that in any other country with Marriott hotel chains. 1. Pros - the location is pretty good & comfortable for getting here & there , cos actually u have direct access right from the hotel to the underground & train station - which is good!2. Cons- small rooms ( well , as we understand in most Seúl hotels rooms are quite tiny ) but it was that much small , that there was no actually any place for our two luggage… unless in the middle of the room between two beds . Long time washed / or let’s say dirty windows … So the view , even if it’s good , it’s not so spectacular to watch the sunset through dirty striped window glide 😗Cleaning service is unstable - the housekeeper prefer to skip her duty , even if you turn on the button - to make up my room , she came after 3 pm, brought water & just disappeared, even without taking out any trash from the bin & used plates. After a call on reception , instead of sending immediately the housekeeper, they suggested us to move to another room , which is clear .., the next day the housekeeper came around 4 pm for the first time , but finally made up her duties .Last but not least , most shocking situation we faced with the bellboy employees of the hotel , once we asked for an umbrella before leave for a walk , because it was a heavy rain , he replied to us , that there is no umbrellas in the hotel for guests ( even though he was holding one in his hands ) , and he showed me the shop in front of the hotel with the suggestions to go there and buy for my need the new umbrella .Long story short , I would definitely pay the attention of the management team for better training services for their stuff & more customer friendly & client service directions , especially if the hotel has the brand of Sheraton it should follow the guidelines of the brand image , the reputation can’t buy.     Great Location close to Seoul Station

    I recently returned from a ten-day solo trip to Korea. During the initial portion of my journey, I resided at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was pleased with the hotel's location, as it was convenient to access via bus from Icheon Airport; the bus stop was situated directly across the street. The room was both spacious and clean. While I did not utilize room service, I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood Tteok-bokki I ordered at the bar, which was exceptionally spicy and flavorful.My stay was two days in duration, and I subsequently traveled to Busan by KTX train. The proximity to Seoul Train Station was greatly appreciated; a five-minute walk through the basement provided direct access. The only issue that I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom in the lobby. I had to inform the front desk about one of the bathroom stalls. It would great, if it can be periodically checked.     I had a lovely 2-night stay here over Easter 2026. Perhaps because it was Easter, it was quite pricey.It is in a great location, beside Seoul station, and beside some bus stops with buses to the airport (and lots of other places).The room was lovely, with a partial view to the North. It was a bit compact, but not problematic.There were three elevators, but it often seemed to take quite some time to get from one floor to another. Not a problem, but noteworthy.The breakfast was nice.No executive lounge, but we were given some vouchers to use at the bar. This was very nice.The check-in/reception staff were excellent.I'd stay again, but hopefully at a cheaper rate.     Fast and efficient check-in and check-out procedures, helpful staff. I was allowed in before the official check-in time, albeit in a room in a lower floor. The room was good for one person, probably small for 2 people.The hotel itself is directly connected to exit 12 of the Subway/AREX train terminal.Breakfast was excellent with many international and local choices.The Eatery restaurant inside the hotel offers limited, but tasty options for lunch or dinner.Big wide-screen TV with some international channels.Fast wi-fi.Free parking.The room shows it's age and could be better cleaned.There is noise from the railway station that's directly below.During my last day of stay my room was not cleaned by 14:30 that I returned.     Asian Trip February 8 to 22 2026 ********** Had a few day layover at Seoul , checked in to Four Points solo for two days stayed with my Gold Elite member status excellent Four stars modern hotel close to Seoul Station about three blocks take exit 12 to the hotel lobby at the 19 floors , rooms is between 20 to 30 floors , reservation staff very friendly professional fast smooth check in with my rooms upgrade to a very spacious cozy with floors to ceiling windows , panoramic view of the city comfy bedding clean modern bathroom with Bathrobe and towels well stocked , my breakfast included Gym restaurants and Starbucks on site , all the hotel staff understand English and friendly helpful , Fantastic hotel to stay for first time in Seoul convenience location shopping and sightseeing very budget friendly special for the Bonvoy Member , I enjoyed love every second here , looking forward come back here to stay longer with my girlfriend .
