    Great location and spacious room

    Great location. Located between 3 subway lines and several bus stops to major landmarks. Many restaurants and convenience stores located nearby too. Room was spacious and most of the amenities were provided except a toothbrush. Staff were helpful in answering to queries and providing directions.

    Smoking Friendly’ish Hotel

    I stayed here for about 3 days and honestly not the worst place. Defiantly is an interim Hotel in the sense that you aren’t spending any real time in the Hotel itself. On a Cigarette Smoking level is probably the best go to Smoking Hotel I’ve seen in Seoul so far, they have a dedicated Roof Top Smoking lounge open 24/7 so for us European smokers it’s a dream come true. The view from the Smoking roof top is wonderful, a little chilly but that I’m sure is just because of the Season I was there. The rooms itself is nothing too special but not bad. The English you can expect from the reception is not great, you will have to most likely use a Translator app to fully get across to them, but I don’t expect much from a 3 Star Hotel. Overall not bad stay.

    No greeting at check in and check out.They don't even ask you how your stay was.No explanation about the facilities at check in. We didn't know that housekeeping is just available until 4 pm. We complaint twice about cleanliness in our room (at night and early shift) but nothing happened. We could forward pictures about hairs in the bed and on the floor.Location is pretty good but the service is ridiculous.     Just another very average hotel. Stayed here twice. Each time failed to recall that we had breakfast included and tried to tell us otherwise at reception. Breakfast the same. Sorry sorry. Given that they were serving no one else hard to imagine how they keep getting these little things so wrong. Cold welcome. Take your own bags to your room. Noisy air conditioner. Clearly needs fixing. Sensor light in room. You’re kidding. Do you really think we want the light to go on in the middle of the night every time someone uses the bathroom?? Good water pressure in the shower. That’s about it. Dirty windows. Noisy patrons coming home to our floor between midnight and 3am.     Great service at concierge

    Sung was amazing at the concierge. Help me book taxi, extremely patient with me (language barrier). The hotel is great location surrounded by restaurants. I highly recommend. Management should be proud to have sung as employee.
