  Nice stay at the Cappuccino Hotel

  Perfect for a short stay in Seoul (Gangnam). There is a bus stop from Incheon Airport located right across the street, which makes the hotel very accessible. A metro station is also just a few steps away. The hotel is modern and pleasant, offering all the basic services you need. The breakfast is excellent and comes with a beautiful view of Seoul. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

  Hotel Cappuccino was absolutely worth it! Cozy room, clean, and great staff. I unfortunately lost my phone while I was out one night, and the manager there, Harry, really took care of me while I was without a phone. The time and effort he showed me is something I could only dream of anywhere else (he even took time out of his time off to help me!), I am speechless of how great they take care of their visitors! Because of them and him I got a hold of a new phone, and could go back to my normal days. If you want a place that feels good and safe, stay here! Considering I was there on my own in my early 20s, he/they really made me feel safe, and that I didn’t need to worry:)

  Room so small it is like a pod-hotel. Clean and cosy, great convenient location in Gangnam. Comfortable bed, almost impossible to get to if you are old (I am) or physically restricted. Nice shower and smart toilet. No hot water between 5 and 7 am. Difficult to figure out lights, a/c and power plugs. Place was obviously not busy. Staff are very nice as are all Korean customer service folks. Was overcharged somewhat on second night, had booked directly with the hotel, my mistake. 4 star is overrated.

  There's not a lot to fault with the Hotel Capuccino. It's easy enough to find and within easy access via the Seoul Metro, Line 9. I'm not one for luxuries, but there's a Japanese style massage toilet in my room. The bed was comfortable and I've never slept this well on a hotel bed. The breakfast is OK, but it's the same thing every morning. That's the only minus. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

  tldr; great stay, a good experience, I will consider this hotel in the future.THE GOOD: walking distance to lots in Gangnam and subway, ICN airport limo pickup directly across the street, solid euro-ameri-asian breakfast buffet options at a reasonable price, mini fridge, great views from rooftop bar and dining room (including espresso), friendly, generous, and attentive multilingual staff, clean modern rooms (on the small-side, but fine for shower, sleep, repeat)THE BAD: narrow breakfast window (7:30-9/9:30), atypical/convoluted hotel policies; example: no ice machine (no big), rooftop bar gave me a glass of ice (cool), 3rd night I was given an ice bucket (??); another example: no takeaway for breakfast (particularly annoying for biz travelers trying to grab a coffee to go (and especially confusing as the hotel has a cafe on the ground floor w/ dine-in and to-go service)), lastly, short gal with ponytail and no nametag was perpetually unfriendly, unsmiling, and generally inaffable (there's always one employee whose head/heart isn't in it, can't let them ruin everyone else's hard work 😊)
