    Just had my second stay at the Hotel Gracery. My wife and I stayed 6 nights and it was just as nice as our first stay 2 years ago. This time I want to point out how pleasant and helpful the staff were. They were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile and I found them very personable. This made our stay at the hotel great. Yes, the location of the hotel is great and the rooms (Deluxe Twin) are good - decent size, comfortable beds, lots of closet space - but the kindness of the staff stood out for us this time. Book your stay there today.

    I stayed here to celebrate new year. The place in general is extremely convenient, near metro station City Hall, numerous bus stops, and even the famous Myeongdong. The staff lack a bit of friendliness however. I hope they can improve. The room has all you need, with complimentary face masks that they restock your room with everyday.

    I spent 7 nights in this hotel in a double room and it was a very good experience. The room is not very big but comfortable, new, and with all amenities needed and a great view. Just outside the hotel there are good restaurants and you can walk during day or night to some attractions in Seoul. Housekeeping was fine and also the ladies at the reception were kind. We didn’t try the breakfast. Bathroom is Japanese style.

    First try but not badWe used to be stay in Four Point and recommended by friend to try here which is the other side of Myeong-don.The area is also close to Myeong-don just 10 mins but if you are single lady returning hotel in the late evening, it maybe too quite surrounding.Everything is ok in the hotel.

    Not recommended. I got rash all over my legs. I stayed in two hotels in Seoul in November. The first one is perfectly fine. I moved to Hotel Gracery on 14 November 2025. I got rash all over my legs when I got on the bed.
