    Conveniently located, deep cleaning needed

    Very close to the airport, some convenience stores very close by, perfect for last night stay. The only remark I would have is the cleanliness of the carpet. It gives the impression that the room is not cleaned properly because of the stains on the carpet that would need a really deep cleaning.

    Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here. Rooms are filthy and there is no air conditioning. The noise from the streets invades the room starting at about 5.00 am. The “complimentary “ slippers have been enjoyed by previous guests and the stains on the walls, carpets and furniture are disgusting. Reception staff are unfriendly, bordering on apathy and the whole experience should be avoided

    Not sure how it got such good reviews, first the staff are not friendly and they speak very little English the rooms are dirty , the carpets in the room have never been cleaned , the air conditioning does not work and when asked about that say they turn it off , I booked the hotel cause it says there is a king size bed it’s not a king a best it a small queen or a double , when asked they said all rooms are the same , the breakfast is terrible, no variety and not much for North Americans , find somewhere else to stay ,

    Room was clean and spacious. We love the free parking from B1 to B4. There is a small lounge with free coffee machine and tea; also a small fitness room on the lobby floor. Breakfast was simple. Timing wise not too friendly from 7am to 9am especially for weekend. When we were there at 08:40am most food has run out. There was a queue too at coffee machine as only 1 machine there.

    Room quite spacious and near with Gimpo Airport. Surroundings by a lot of various restaurant with wonderful taste. Breakfast in average for 3 stars hotel. Room and bathroom also clean, staff quite friendly but I don't know why I have to pay when check in instead of check out.
