    This is our second time staying at this hotel and it continues to impress us. The location is extremely convenient with Hyundai Department Store, COEX Mall, and Starfield all nearby, making shopping and dining very accessible.We’d especially like to commend Mia at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. When we asked for assistance with ordering delivery food, she went above and beyond, patiently helping us and even placing the order through her VIP platform so we could enjoy additional discounts. Her service truly made a difference in our experience.Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again!     EnglishWe had a wonderful stay here.The location is absolutely perfect, and while the facilities are not ultra luxurious, everything was very clean and comfortable.What made our stay truly special was the kindness of the staff — especially Tony at the front desk. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we left our luggage and were awkwardly waiting around wondering what to do for breakfast and how to spend the time before check-in. Tony kindly helped us arrange an early check-in, and we were honestly so grateful for his thoughtful care and consideration.
