  Centrally located hotel”We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The location is right at the heart of Myeongdong shopping district. We chose it to be able to go out by walking at night and enjoy the place. The corner room suite is spacious and the room has big windows to view but just buildings to see. The bathroom with bath tub is a plus after long walks and tiring day is good for soaking. Toiletries is good just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste you have to buy in the vendo machine downstairs. Not a big problem since we always bring our own. The pillows have soft and hard ones both available. Towels are clean. The housekeeping changes linens daily and replenish the water. Having water dispenser in our floor is a plus. There’s 7/11 convenience store right down the hotel. Money changer kiosk inside the hotel. There’s a lot of restaurants around the area and just a walk a way if you want to eat street foods. Korea Mart and Lucky Store walking distance. There’s subway near the hotel. Centrally located if you want to explore Korea. Myeongdong Cathedral just walking distance. We had the breakfast buffet and it was always the same daily but still a good one. Not so much of a choice but still okay. The service and front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall nice hotel to stay if you want to be in the area.   Not the newest hotel around but Great location around Myeongdong Shopping street. In addition, the hotel staffs are very helpful. I was having problem getting to the location my car rental company would need me to go to pick up my rental car. Mr James Hong from the concierge talk to them in Korean, requested them to come over to my hotel instead. Then James wanted to call them again as they were late. I really surprised with his professionalism and his willingness to go the extra miles for his customers!!Kudos to you, Mr James Hong!!   Great location but rooms are WAY too hot

  The location is fantastic. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I liked the room and there is free breakfast. Rating 3 stars because the rooms are unbearably hot in the winter. My thermostat was at 26.9 degrees Celsius (80 Fahrenheit) and could not be adjusted. I asked the front desk and they told me to open the window, but the way the window is set up, there was no airflow and the room stayed at a whopping near 27 degrees C. Plus with the windows open, the sunlight woke me up early in the morning. It was too uncomfortable to sleep or spend time in which was a shame. Aside from the temp, it’s an overall good hotel choice.   I’ve been trying to contact the hotel for two months to receive an invoice for my stay, and they completely ignore all my messages — both directly and through Booking.This is extremely unprofessional and has caused a lot of inconvenience.If you need proper documentation for your trip, be aware that getting any support from them is almost impossible.   Great Location, but Service and Comfort Could Be Better”

  The hotel enjoys a prime location right in the heart of Myeong-dong, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and public transport. The bus stop is just a few minutes away, and there’s even a 7-Eleven right below the hotel, which is handy.The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though quite basic. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was disappointing — the staff member at check-in insisted on changing my room multiple times and initially offered a room with no view, even though the hotel was nearly empty. After some discussion, I was given another room, but it still wasn’t what I had hoped for.The staff overall seemed okay, but not particularly warm or accommodating. The breakfast was average, with limited choices. Additionally, the bedding was quite hard, which affected the comfort of the stay.Overall, this hotel’s biggest advantage is its location, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and service quality. It’s suitable for travelers prioritizing convenience over amenities.
