I Couldn't Find a Single Thing in the Hotel That was Clean.

This was listed as a "3-star hotel". It's actually just a slightly classier no-tell motel. Stained sheets, brown/white pillowcases, peeling chairs and walls, scuffed bathtub, dirty slippers, even the freaking HAIR DRYER was greasy on every surface. It was so bad, there was no point in complaining. What were they going to do? Book us a different hotel?All of this is stuff that you could live with, if your expectations are properly set before you get there. However, they're really trying to glam this place up with a heavy coat of makeup, influencer hype, and lots of filters on their photos. This room was listed at $165/night during our stay, and it was about $100 too expensive in my opinion.

Room got a very small window only. (Don’t expect good view.) able to hear road noise when cars past.Buffet were below standard. Provid ramyeong but limited stock. Didn’t able to eat in certain days.Only got white rice, ramyeon, two type of breads and two type of cereals.

Perfect location as the subway station is closed and the city center is nearby. The staffs are very kind and the room and facilities are clean and neat! everything was well organized. I would go back there for the next visit!!

Customer service beyond your expectations

Stayed for couple of nights in the hotel for my business trip in Korea. Much enjoyed spacious room with luxurious facilities but I was amazed with customer service that I had from the manager called 'Billy Kang'. It was absolutely stunning service for customer like me who only stayed few nights as it simply was far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely visit the hotel again for my future trip in Korea.
