    Nice hotel in good location. Many restaurants nearby where local people go to and two seven-elevens around the corner. 10-15 min walk to Myeongdong street. Rooms are clean, neat and decent size. Staff is friendly and helpful.

    Very nice hotel and in a great location. There are many food and drink places to choose from as well as Convenience stores and coffee shops. The cleaning staff is #1 and very nice always giving us water, coffee and towels if we needed. Free breakfast which was great to start the day seeing everything. Great value for money spent on a clean/safe hotel

    A well-located hotel in Myeongdong, near the City Hall metro, one stop from Seoul Station and a straightforward journey from the airport. It’s well placed for the attractions in the area, and pick-up points for the DMZ tour. It’s located in a slightly dingy street, just off the main road, but close to convenience stores, local cafes and budget restaurants.The hotel is a good, solid mid-range/budget option. Our room was perfectly adequate for our four night stay. The room extras were a bit spartan, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and functionally pleasant.Breakfast was decent, with hot food buffet-style, and a choice of sugary cereals, pastries and drinks. For the price, it’s very good, and recommended if you want a good solid comfortable base for exploring Seoul.

    A cosy hotel in an excellent location

    LocationI took the Airport Limousine bus 6701 from Incheon Airport (18000 Won) at B4 stop and alighted at The Plaza Hotel. From there it was a five minutes walk to the hotel. I also took the bus back to the airport waiting at the same spot. I could pay with Tmoney card, credit card and it was minimum hassle moving with luggage with this bus. I also crossed 2 roads to reach City Hall metro entrance 2 with the elevator. Nearest metro entrance to City Hall from hotel is entrance 7 but it has stairs only. There is an easy underground shopping route from The Plaza all the way to the foodcourt at Lotte Department Store and also to Myeongdong Underground Shopping Centre. Exiting the Myeongdong Underground Shopping centre is Lotte Department Store and other popular departmental stores. It also leads to the vibrant Myeongdong area. Once I walked back to hotel from Seoul Station in the cool night air passing a statute of Dr. Hyun Bong-hak: Korea"s Humanitarian Savior. City Hall metro has 2 popular lines 1 and 2. There are a few restaurants near hotel such as the tasty Ginseng Chicken restaurant and Salady. There are convenience stores nearby for purchase of milk and Greek Yoghurt too.InteriorThe deluxe twin room is spacious but cosy. It is very user-friendly with kettle, 2 mugs with 2 metal spoons and coffee sachets. There are bathrobe and bedroom slippers. The liquid soap and shampoo are labelled with big prints for easy reading. The shower water is strong and temperature is easily adjusted. There are 3 wires for charging handphone etc and many socket points. There are so many channels on the TV and it can be accessed easily like pressing 272 for BBC Earth and 165 for CNA news. The light and temperature panels are user-friendly too. The room was cleaned for me every day as I stayed for 3 nights.LobbySelf check-in and check-out was done easily and the front desk personnel could provide help if needed. When I recheck-in for a night stay before departure the next morning, the staff showed much empathy when he offered to do it for me seeing that I was tired. Luggage storage was provided in the lobby. The staff could understand English and they kindly called a taxi for me to Tosokchon.If I visit Seoul again, I would choose to stay at this hotel again for all the convenience I encountered. Highly recommended for its good value.

    This hotel is amazing, particularly with its location, a 10 minute walk from central Myeongdong with local restaurants around it. The price is above average. Staffs are helpful, especially at the front desk. Cleaners in the room did good job! Keep it up! Buffet breakfast is the best; it changes everyday. Room is big and shower is super strong. This is definitely recommended to all!
