    Convenient hotel and location in Gangnam, Seoul.

    L7 Gangnam provides modern room, standard amenities, comfortable bed, full body minor and bathroom with shower. The highlight is convenience location from subway and airport limousine (less than 5 minutes walk).The lobby area is good for waiting and relaxing too. Recommend for travelers who want get moderate price of hotel in Seoul.

    Hotel has excellent facilities and staff. The area is close to the subway to get around Seoul but also good to come back to as it's quiet but has plenty of food places and convenience stores close by.

    Excellent Stay Overall, Just Missing Practical Storage

    I had a six-night stay at L7 Gangnam. The location is excellent, with a subway station less than a five-minute walk away and the airport limousine bus stop only about 40 meters from the entrance, which is extremely convenient. The area is full of restaurants and cafés, and it’s close to COEX, so there’s no shortage of good food options. The room was consistently clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful as well.Two points could be improved. The carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning, as it looks worn and could be a source of allergies. The other issue is the lack of storage space. There are no drawers, which makes it inconvenient to organize personal items. Adding some, for example under the desk or the TV counter, would noticeably improve the overall experience.Aside from these details, I had a very good experience and I recommend this hotel.

    Smiley faces all around the hotel from concierge, to reception to housekeeping. Everything was great from location to hotel facilities to in room facilities. What I got was exactly what I paid for. But the value to this place remains to be with the staff. Dasiy and Carlos (from front desk) who helped me with my urgent laundry issues and my thousand questions to the gentlemen (slightly meaty, glasses and cheerful) at ground floor who greets every guest returning back from work like we're besties who haven't met for days. They make the hotel stay worth more than what I paid for. In a place where everyone is trying to avoid conversation with you because of language barrier, the true heroes are those who forced themselves to provide service despite the inconvenience and struggle. Thank you for making my stay a great one, Dasiy, Carlos and happy concierge guy.

    Conveniently located hotel in Gangnam that has basic clean rooms for base. Coin laundry and gym available on lobby level. Charged extra fee for early check in even though room was clearly available. Best part of hotel is excellent service from front desk, bar, housekeeping and lobby level staff.
