I was charged twice for the same room. I need the email id of the General Manager to write to them. I have been trying to connect without any success. I have written to the hotel , but they have not responded. Please get I. Touch with me or send me the email id .

Pricey and worst hotel room

Other than location, which is close to metro, it is the worst hotel room we stayed for 5 nights.The staff provided 1 hour early check-in only if we post comment via Google for their hotel.The room is humid and moist. It is July, summer time in Seoul! At first we thought they didn't turn on the air conditioner when no guest is staying in the room yet. We discovered the air conditioner doesn't provide cool air at all even it SEEMS you can adjust the room temperature to 18 degree celcius, mold was found on the ceiling near the air outlet of air conditioner. We have to turn on our own outdoor mini fans for 5 nights and the sleeping quality was poor due to the high temperature and high humidity. Lift is unbelievably slow. Takes 10 minutes to go from 20F to GF. Amenities are average. Doesn’t deserve its price. Good stay near Hongdae district

Superb location, one-minute walk to Hongdae shopping area, where you find all the popular Korean food and fashion outlets; walking distance to Metro Line 2 and airport rail stations.Rooms, not super big but spacious enough; quite and clean, not luxurious but definitely comfortable.Will consider staying here again on our next trip to Seoul. Very good hotel. Good location and service :)This is nice hotel located on popular place called Hongdae in Seoul. Subway station is just 2 minute by walk. And staff are so helpful and nice.
