    I had a wonderful stay, all thanks to Jayden. He constantly went above and beyond for me, and I could truly feel his genuine care.Also, the 24-hour coin laundry on Basement 3 was incredibly efficient and an absolute lifesaver for me.Although there were a few stains left on the towels and bed sheets during the room servicing, Jayden’s brilliant and kind service completely made up for it. I will definitely be staying here again because of him.     Great location right next to the subway station and lots and lots of shops. The room was very comfortable, big enough for the two of us and the receptionist Lian was very friendly and welcoming. He was very accommodating when we asked for extra things through room service.     I arrived in Seoul on a rainy day. Checked in by ms. Day Kim, she was very nice, she asked if I need a towel, since I walked in the rain to the hotel and was all wet. It was too early for check-in, but there was already a room available and she gave me the room. She explained clearly about the rules and regulations of the hotel. She was very nice and helpfull.The room itself is spacious, the house keeping is also great.Will stay here the next time again.
