Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Very Slow Response and No Invoice Provided

    I canceled my reservation at this hotel well in advance, but it took six days for the hotel to reply to my cancellation request. Even though I didn’t stay there, I was charged for the booking, which I accepted.However, since then I have been trying for over a month to receive the payment receipt. I have sent several messages through different channels, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.This lack of communication is disappointing and has caused me inconvenience, as I need the receipt for my company reimbursement process. I would have expected a faster and more professional handling of such a simple request.I have visited Korea many times and have always experienced excellent service — which makes this situation even more surprising. I hope the hotel improves its responsiveness and customer communication in the future.

    Fantastic location and great value! The rooms were very clean, front desk staff very efficient, even with large groups checking in. We had a couple requests at the front desk and they were very helpful with the sugestions. We are out and about during the day making for long days and we found the beds to be very comforatable and very spacious rooms. Great location to get you on transit. Can’t go wrong with this hotel!!

    nice and big hotel, big rooms, take roosm on top fllor, breakfastis ok, limited veg options, no option for jain food, u ahveto carry u r own luggage, littel away from the market, transport near by easily available. many other hotel in the vacinity.

    Honestly I did not expect much from this hotel after seeing review. It was actually good choice for beginners in Korea due to superb location.I took the subway from the airport and followed the map to walk along the street. I found this hotel without any troubles. The signboard of the hotel is visible from main street. The surrounding is more like business area. Not too noisy.The hotel itself is aging, but the room is huge and clean. It is very simple hotel and perfect for tourists. When I booked, the price was really good. Budget friendly yet safe for solo travellers.

    We went to many hotels in South Korea and this is the best place with a great choice for us, we really had a wonderful experience here. A reasonable price,helpful and friendly staffs.I feel like home since the first arrived till departure.The room is simple decoration but I loved it and comfortable bed.A perfect location and very very conveniences, there’s a lot of coffee shops, restaurants,Mini Mart and so many attractive tourist areas nearby. It’s just a couple minutes walk to bus station, airport bus and railroad. I will stay here again if I come back. Thank you for a lovely hospitality from front desk staffs. Great Job 👍
