  My friend and I stayed here in two separate rooms, and we were both very pleased with our experience.The RoomsThe rooms were comfortable and cozy, providing a great space to retreat to after a day of exploring. Most importantly, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh.LocationThe hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area, yet it's very close to the subway, making it easy to get around the city. There are also several excellent restaurants within walking distance, which was a huge plus.The BreakfastThe only minor downside was the breakfast, which was very basic. While it’s enough to get your day started, don’t expect a huge variety.SummaryOverall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay.   I shared the room with my friends as this was our kpop concert trip! My friend stayed herebefore with good experience but this is my first time staying with Nine Tree. We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time but luckily we could get into the room.The room is tiny but enough for us. The room is clean. However, it will be great if the table area is larger, especially for the one near the bed. The clock and wireless charger blocked the table🙈 On the other hand, socket is perfect for both two beds. I had great sleep at first two night, nice air-conditioning! However, I found it was hot at the last night with no change in air-conditioning setting. It was strange.   Good hotel but small rooms

  It is a good hotel that has all you need. Very clean and polite personell as everywhere in Korea. We had a deluxe double room that was very modern and stylish but extremely small for a double room. Even small as a single room. The other inconvenience is that the room hardly has a wardrobe which means 2 suitcases on the floor in a small room. It is not so customer oriented that the hotel could not arrange a breakfast bag when we were going on an excursion to the DMZ.   Strongly recommend you to AVOID staying in this hotel. NOISY AND NO VENTILATION!This is my first time travelling to Korea, but it is the WORST hotel experience i have ever had.I have read a lot of comments and decided to stay in this hotel for 4 nights for 2 rooms. But it makes me feel so DISAPPOINTED!I realised air conditioner and ventilation fan were not working after entering the room for 10 mins today. Called front desk asking for the reason and the staff told me it is winter so only heater is available. But I said there was no ventilation at all and he informed me to open the window and send me an eletric fan. Ok fine! The housekeeping sent me the fan and I tried to open the window too. It is almost 0 degree celcius outside so the window couldnt be opened wide. If i opened it a little bit, outside is so noisy cause by cars and some kind of low frequency noise from the building my room is exactly facing to. Ok then I tried to use their electric fan, the fan is very noisy too! I'm not a night sleeper and i slept only 3 hours last night before I came to Korea, but NO VENTILATION and NOISES make me insomnia now. Still have to stay here for 3 nights more. OMG!   Newly opened hotel in dongdaemun. Comfortable room. Room has necessary amenities. Free coffee at lvl 3. Every floor has a water n ice machine. You dont have to buy water. Dongdaemun exit 12, walk 6-7mins. Airpot bus 6001 stops right next to hotel entrance. Staffs r friendly! You can choose your pillow.
