    Good option if location is important

    Was traveling Korea for two weeks with my moms and sister. Booked a triple room. For the location, this was great. Very easy access to other parts of Seoul and lots of places to eat and shop nearby within walking distance. Triple room was small and tight though. We stayed at another hotel that had a family room which meant two single beds and one double bed that you could close off with a sliding door. That room was way more comfortable—a lot bigger like double the size of this one and spacious for three adults and also included a laundry machine and kitchenette and the location was in Myeongdong so not too far away. We preferred that hotel for comfort. This place was fine but just not as comfortable and laundry you need to pay for (other place was free). However staff was friendly and the place was clean. So if you plan to be out and about all day this hotel is totally fine. If you want more space or the opportunity to rest in the middle of the day and not feel cramped perhaps look elsewhere. I enjoyed my stay but in comparison to the 5 hotels we stayed on our trip this was our least favorite but again, location was great and service was as well.

    We found the location of the hotel to be brilliant. Couple of mins walk to the Subway station Anguk! Close to the palace and 10min walk to Hanok village. The local food near the hotel was also very good. Look for restaurants in small alley ways, brilliant

    Had a lovely stay in a wonderful hotel smack bang in the middle of everything. Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was fabulous, breakfast was huge with lots of choices. Staff wee around very pleasant and helpful.

    Very disappointing experience with the reservation team.My partner and I had a confirmed booking but unfortunately were unable to travel because our K-ETA visa approval had not been issued in time, which is completely outside of a traveler’s control. As soon as we realized this, we contacted the hotel in advance to explain the situation and politely asked whether a free cancellation or any flexibility could be considered.The response from the Reservation & Marketing Team was extremely brief and dismissive, simply stating that visa issues are considered a “personal reason” and therefore no cancellation could be allowed. There was no attempt to offer any alternative solution, such as changing the dates, providing a partial refund, or even showing basic understanding.I understand that hotels have policies, but good customer service is about handling unexpected situations with flexibility and empathy. Many hotels make exceptions in cases involving visa problems or travel restrictions. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.This experience left a very poor impression before we even had the chance to stay at the hotel.

    Quiet, Convenient Stay with Helpful Facilities

    Room was more spacious than expected, which was a nice surprise. However, shower pressure was weak and the temperature control was very sensitive — a small adjustment could make the water suddenly very hot or very cold.Location is quiet and convenient, with many food options at the mall connected to the hotel, and within walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace. Loved the free luggage storage lockers and the weighing machine, which was very helpful before departure. Laundry washers and dryers were also easy to use. The hot and cold drinking water dispenser at the corridor was also very useful.Breakfast was average, as the noodle soup station was not ready until almost 8am even though we started at 7.15am. Overall, I wouldn’t mind returning to stay again.
