    Room is clean and tidy. There is motion sensor at doorway that emits intermittent lighting, that I can’t do make up

    No need to bring a plug adapter, just ask the front desk. Also, highly recommend going to the 18th floor lounge

    Super dissappointed with this hotel . I stayed at the Insadong location for first half of my trip and that was so much better than this location . Right at checkin itself I noticed how unbothered and disinterested the staff are - which was a surprise to a tourist like me who had stayed in couple of other hotels in Korea and experienced great service . Even when asking about room delivery of food and leaving the luggage for storage - the attitude of front desk was very dismissive and like they are too busy to care . I was recovering from a procedure and was dismayed to find there is no food delivery to room even though they have a restaurant on 2d floor ?! When asked about it I was told I can order food from some local Korean food delivery app and even then I have to come downstairs to pick it up . I was shocked or maybe I didn’t realize this wasn’t a very high standard hotel while booking . Either way it wasn’t worth the $300ish per night and I will never go back or reccomend . Breakfast buffet is not good as well for the price they charge ( around $17) .Rooms are clean and location is decent still not as good as the first myeongdong location . This is 15-20 mins walk from the main shipping area .

    This hotel offers excellent value for money, particularly given its convenient location which is just a comfortable 10-minute walk to the heart of Myeongdong’s main shopping streets.Rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding ensuring a good night’s rest. Despite being relatively compact, the space is efficiently laid out and well-maintained. A standout feature is the thoughtful pillow selection corner, where guests can choose their preferred pillow fillings to suit their comfort—an excellent touch that enhances the overall sleep experience.

    Looks like a nice hotel. I have not stayed at this hotel because they cancelled before I could do that without reasons being mentioned. So just be careful if you are planning ahead of time, to be aware that you end up getting a cancellation and ruining your travel plans. I like the hotel as presented on the website, but I gave one star due to the unprofessionalism; they could do better.
